Closure of Tzu Chi Day Rehabilitation Centre
This notice is to inform the public that the Tzu Chi Day Rehabilitation Centre, located at Block 328 Jurong East Street 31, #01-138, Singapore 600328, has officially ceased operations on 1 January 2025.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Grace Fu, Grassroots Advisor for Yuhua SMC, for her unwavering support and guidance throughout the years. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated volunteers, community partners, and residents for their kind support and understanding. Their invaluable contributions have been instrumental in the rendering of our rehabilitation services.
We are pleased to announce that we have relocated our rehabilitation services to the Tzu Chi Lakeside Family Medicine Clinic at Block 518A Jurong West Street 52, #01-02, Singapore 641518. We would like to assure our patients that their well-being has been our top priority during this transition. We have worked closely with each patient to ensure a smooth and seamless transfer to our new location.
We look forward to continuing to serve the community from our new location.
